This policy explains what information the Lynxly website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and any company, phone, service, and message details you choose to include. The form delivers this to our team's workspace in Slack, which processes it on our behalf.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact form.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
